Microsoft offers buyouts to ~60,000 staff

Microsoft's Voluntary Exit Offer covers level 70 and below on participating teams in the US, Canada, UK and India. About 60,000 are eligible, roughly 27% of its 223,000 workforce, per CNBC and AP.
